While not technically a real car, i got a lot or requests for Tim Burtons 1989 super ride.

Based on a Chevey Impala it was designed by Anton Furst. Originally it was attempted with chassis’ from both a Corvette & Mustang. But they didn’t work out.

GMC offered 6 million dollars to design & make the car (for the product placement). But they wouldn’t let Burtons people do the design. So thankfully the deal fell through.

In the end the car was hand crafted by British sculptor Keith Short. The final car lovingly received over 70 layers of paint.
